General Description:
Responsible for all customer invoicing and credits for all locations.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Create/enter all billing and credits for customers in Steel software program Communicate with customers on payment information Inventory entry of restocked material and applying inventory to invoices Enter invoices into customer websites Generate reports for President and other mangers Provide back-up telephone and admin support in the absence of the receptionist Performs other duties as assigned Required Knowledge and Skill Sets:
Excellent oral and written communications skills Good interpersonal skills, phone manners and the ability to work with others Basic reading and mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Good organizational, planning and time management skills Excellent computer skills, including comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word Education/
Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Associates Degree or equivalent preferred The health and safety of our Eddie Kane Steel Products employees is of the utmost importance to us and ensure that we have all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and hand sanitizer available to our employees, take employee, visitor and vendor temperatures, disinfect all common areas, practice social distancing and washing hands throughout the day to maintain a safe and healthy work environment!.
