Duties and Responsibilities Include:
General Description:
Responsible for providing administrative support to the Vice President and Inventory Specialist at the corporate offices.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- General reception & administration o Answering phones o Email, print and scan documents to co-workers, customers, and vendors o Office organization and filing - Inventory entry for production o Process production reports o Create bills of lading o Enter purchase orders o Scan chemistry reports o Create and update receiver reports for inbound material o Update data in steel software o Ensure all inventory entries are accurately input and up-to-date Other duties as needed Required Knowledge and Skill Sets:
- Excellent oral and written communications skills - Good interpersonal skills, phone manners and the ability to work with others - Basic reading and mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) - Good organizational, planning and time management skills - Excellent computer skills, including comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word The health and safety of our Eddie Kane Steel Products employees is of the utmost importance to us and ensure that we have all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and hand sanitizer available to our employees, take employee, visitor and vendor temperatures, disinfect all common areas, practice social distancing and washing hands throughout the day to maintain a safe and healthy work environment!
