We are currently seeking a smart, detail oriented multi-tasker who can be an asset to our team.
Primary job responsibilities include:
Assisting in the overall day-to-day operations of the office including supplies management, liaising with office vendors, and boosting the office environment.
Taking charge of office correspondence and communication including scheduling meetings, reserving office space, marking employee milestones, organizing special occasions, postal duties Participating in the administration of routine company industry duties including maintaining fee charts, client web portals, various spreadsheets Completing special projects and assignments as they arise Maintaining general administrative duties in the office Job requirements include:
Associate degree or equivalent experience Reliable, professional and a fast learner Friendly, outgoing, pleasant, and professional phone demeanor, ability to work as a part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including drafting letters and proofreading.
Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, and the ability to establish priorities to finish tasks in a fast-paced environment.
High proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to adapt to industry software programs.
Part-time position.
Approximately 15 hours/week.
Preference is for 3 hours per day, every day.
Some flexibility with the timing of the hours.
Immediate opening.
