Candidates must have taken all or most of the trainee classes.
Our firm has a set trainee program and has mentored and tutored trainees through licensing and beyond.
While in the program and as part of the training, responsibilities for this position include assisting our appraisal team in research, quality assurance, and consistency analysis, preparation of background and photo requirements, searching computes databases, and general file preparation.
Training will be provided on application-specific software.
As the training advances, the assignment of appraisal files will be introduced and supervised.
Requirements:
Reliable, professional, organized, and detail-oriented.
Mathematical and analytical strengths Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly learn industry software applications and use all internet search engines.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask.
Exceptionally good eye for detail and proofreading, ability to pinpoint mistakes.
Ability to work as part of a team and take instruction from several sources.
Fulfilled all or most of the trainee education requirements.
ACI and WinTotal software familiarity The position is full-time and compensation commensurate with experience.
