We need someone who is very friendly, and enjoys talking to people.
That's the number one priority.
You will be answering prospective patients questions over the phone and getting them in and scheduled.
You will be greeting and communicating with patients all day, signing them up for treatment plans, collecting payment, etc.
Following up on leads, creating and keeping good relationships with prospective and existing patients is all part of the job.
Other duties include scheduling and ensuring optimal patient flow.
Ideally, you would be skilled at and able to create content to post on social media, email blasts, and other types of marketing.
You need to be VERY SKILLED with computers and software.
